I was lucky enough to get to spend Easter with all my boys and my mom this year. My dad was visiting my brother or he would have joined us as well. The sweet boys got their Easter baskets from the Easter Bunny. We enjoyed lunch and took our dogs for a walk since it was an amazingly warm day. Then we did an Easter egg hunt in the backyard. I had to make a rule that our oldest could only look for eggs hidden higher and in more changeling places. It is so much fun to hear their sweet giggles.

So Easter lunch was HoneyBaked Ham, deviled eggs, sweet potatoes, rolls, peaches with bananas, and green beans. All homemade, well except for the HoneyBaked ham of course. Unfortunately I completely forgot to bring out the deviled eggs, so mom took some home in a to go bag. By evidence that I don’t have a picture to prove I made them…lol.

For dessert we had chocolate cupcakes and blueberry pie. The best part about the pie, the filling has been canned and sitting on my shelf ready to be used! I love having MY canned goods ready and waiting!
