OK here is the deal guys, I am going to share with you a crazy simple. I mean like stupid simple recipe that I make. It has FOUR … yes 4 ingredients in it. It is called Bacon Ranch Chicken. If three of the four ingredients are in the title it HAS to be easy.
This is a super simple dish that is absolutely delicious. It is a quick pull together and bake. The boys and I all love this yummy dinner. It goes well with rice, a salad, mashed potatoes, or any veggies you love. This is one of those dishes that tastes amazing, its simple, and you will find yourself going back to over and over again. It comes together quickly and disappears just as quickly.
So, you lay chicken breasts down in a 9×13 dish. Pour Ranch Dressing over the chicken. Place bacon slices on top of each slice. Then bake for 30-45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Then top with shredded cheese. I have used Colby Jack cheese or Sharp Cheddar. Broil cheese on top of chicken until hot and bubbly. Keep and eye on it because this is where you can go bad – like smoke alarm screaming bad. (NOT that I know that from personal experience or anything – well truth I haven’t done it with this dish but other broiling times I have)

Bacon Ranch Chicken
4 Chicken Breasts
8 TBSP Ranch Dressing
6-8 Slices of Bacon
2-4 ounces Shredded Cheese
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray to allow for easy clean up.
Lay Chicken Breasts in pan in a single layer.
Pour Ranch Dressing evenly over all chicken breasts.
Top with slices of bacon.
Cook for 30-45 minutes until cooked through.
Switch Oven to Broil, High
Top each chicken breast with shredded cheese.
Put under broiler until melted and bubbly.
